Leads culinary and day-to-day operations across the group's Johnny J's and Town Tavern locations, and co-owns Town Tavern (Green) alongside Donnie Boyer and Dan Yano. Lee led the opening of Crust & Cocktails in June 2025 and trained at Johnson & Wales University.
